Ingredients
2 cups extra-virgin olive oil
1 lemon rind
1 twig of rosemary
2 bay leaves
2 tbsp. whole pink pepper
Method
Wash and dry the rosemary and bay leaves.
Place in a bottle with the lemon rind and pink peppercorns.
Pour in the Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Infuse for at least two weeks and store in a cool, dark place.
