Ingredients

  • 2 cups extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon rind
  • 1 twig of rosemary
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tbsp. whole pink pepper

Method

  1. Wash and dry the rosemary and bay leaves.
  2. Place in a bottle with the lemon rind and pink peppercorns.
  3. Pour in the Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  4. Infuse for at least two weeks and store in a cool, dark place.
