Ingredients
2 cups extra-virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 spicy peppers, whole (or small chillies)
2 tbsp. fresh basil, whole leaves
1 twig of oregano
1 tbsp. assorted whole peppercorns
Method
Put the garlic, spicy peppers, basil, oregano, and peppercorns into a sterilized jar or bottle.
Pour in the Extra Virgin Olive Oil, stir vigorously and seal well.
Store in a cool, dark place for at least two weeks.
